Some beautiful photos Shelley, you have a real eye for these sort of landscapes!
Pegwell Bay is a great place for walking on a crisp & bright winter's day...I was there a couple of weeks ago & I managed to climb up onto that overgrown ground below the Pegwell Bay Hotel (it was originally an outdoors swimming pool & then it was the plush Winterstoke Gardens back in Victorian times!).
I'm 37, live in Margate, Kent with my partner of 9 years and my two boys, James 5 and a half and Matthew 3. I was diagnosed with Scoliosis around 1990, which is a curvature of the spine, and I had an operation in late 1994 to correct the curvature. They straightened my spine with a combination of metal rods attached either side and a bone graft and spinal fusion of the top half of my spine, using donated bone. I now suffer with chronic pain in the left side of my neck and shoulder, back pain throughout the length of my spine and pain in the left sacroiliac joint in my pelvis. So now I am a complete mess! I have created this blog after my friend, Jason said it would be a very good way to display my poems and many photographs that I have taken recently. I use a Canon G9 and Canon 450D, 18-55mm lens and Sigma 70-300mm DG Macro lens. Photography is my hobby when I get the time! Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope its not too boring for you! Please feel free to comment.
Shelley
